SQL Server 2005, 2008
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
Understanding of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
Advanced understanding of object oriented design for building reusable components and systems
Understanding of software design patterns
Advanced understanding of SQL Server data modeling and performance tuning
ORM framework experience such as NetTiers, Subsonic, CSLA.NET, etc.
Extensive experience developing large scale, distributed systems in a high availability environment
Test driven development (NUnit would be a plus)
Working knowledge of source code control systems such as TFS, Subversion (preferred) and/or Git
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ruby on Rails and mySQL are preferred
Experience and Education:
B.S. and/or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
8-10 years full life cycle development |
