| Description: | The purpose of the B2B Marketing Specialist position is to successfully manage the day to day marketing activities associated with driving new advertising revenue and increasing renewal rates among existing advertisers. This includes executing email, direct mail, voice mail, and other marketing campaigns, updating and creating print and digital marketing materials and communications, and reporting on marketing campaign results and website traffic. The Specialist will work closely with the B2B Marketing Manager to manage, deliver and analyze marketing campaigns that drive the best ROI. |
| Duties: | Manages day-to-day responsibilities to effectively review marketing lists, prepare marketing messages and send messages as scheduled through various direct marketing channels
Works with various departments and vendors to create, deliver, track, optimize, and automate marketing campaigns
Helps with segmentation and targeting to determine audience, marketing message and the logistics required for successful delivery
Creates and updates reporting to measure marketing campaigns including direct marketing channel performance and results in sales, ROI, and website activity
Works with Graphic Design to create and update marketing communications and materials
Communicate with sales force and support departments as necessary to accomplish objectives

| Qualifications: | Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadline pressure, and efficient time management and organizational skills are imperative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, customer focused, entrepreneurial
Intermediate knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Office products; strong knowledge of computer and web/digital technologies, software, and applications
Comfortable working with various support departments to meet objectives
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
2-6 years experience with marketing programs in a communications or online environment
Desired Qualifications:
Prior experience driving lead generation with integrated direct marketing campaigns (specifically direct mail, email and web) in a B2B or B2C environment
Email software knowledge and user-experience with Exact Target including using data extensions and filters
Web analytics software knowledge and user-experience with Omniture SiteCatalyst
Analytical abilities and data-driven focus, database knowledge and understanding
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel including pivot tables
Creative design and copy-writing background
Basic to intermediate html knowledge
Graphic design and using graphic design software experience a plus
