| Duties: | To succeed in this position, you must be an energetic, deadline-driven journalist who thrives on the challenges of a fast-paced environment. The National Editor/Writer will be responsible for line editing and fact-checking national features and smaller pieces for Angie's List Magazine and Angie's List Health publications, as well as some occasional reporting and writing duties.
The ideal candidate will excel at editing both investigative and feature stories, making sure they're well organized, grammatically correct, compelling and consistent with Angie's List and AP style. This person will work closely with the Senior Editors to move the content through the rigorous editorial process - reading each piece multiple times. |
| Qualifications: | This job requires magazine editing experience and 5 or more years in the journalism field. A journalism degree and knowledge of Macintosh is required. NewsEdit and InCopy skills are a plus. |
